Meet our Founder.
Mo is a people-loving corporate consultant turned entrepreneur. He left conventional recruitment practice to design an approach solely focused on fostering human connection.
Over nearly a decade in executive search and leadership advisory, Mo has worked closely with founders, CEOs, boards, and senior executives across Europe and North America. He began his career in large, structured environments, including time with Korn Ferry’s Executive Search team, where he was exposed to complex leadership and board mandates at scale. He later held leadership roles within boutique firms, working more closely with mid-market and growth companies navigating expansion, change, and succession.
Over time, it became clear that the most meaningful work did not sit purely in process or placement. It happened at the intersection of leadership decisions and personal transitions, moments where clarity, judgment, and trust matter more than speed.
That insight shaped Mo’s work today. Through Executive and Board Search, he supports companies at critical inflection points. Through Momentum Conversations, he works with senior leaders navigating what’s next, offering a structured thinking partnership grounded in reflection, perspective, and forward momentum. Different paths, same belief: progress starts with seeing clearly and moving with intent.

Alongside executive search, Mo has overseen governance reviews, CEO compensation evaluations, performance reviews, and selection committee processes, supporting boards and leadership teams in moments that require thoughtful decision-making.
Community and long-term relationships play an important role in his work. Mo is an active member of the German Canadian Business Association and the Rotary Club of Vancouver Arbutus, and he serves as an Advisor to the MacKay CEO Forums across Canada, supporting CEOs and senior executives nationwide.
Mo holds a Master of Business Engineering from Steinbeis University in Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Change Management from the Cooperative State University in Bad Mergentheim. He works fluently in English and German.
Based on Vancouver’s North Shore, Mo spends much of his time outdoors, gravel biking and hiking the local mountains with his partner Gemma and their dog Theo.
