Meet our Founder.

Mo is a people-loving corporate consultant turned entrepreneur. He left conventional recruitment practice to design an approach solely focused on fostering human connection.

After almost a decade in tech consultancy at Bechtle, with projects across Europe, Mo moved to Vancouver, Canada, to become a more authentic version of himself. This included a career transition into recruitment and a heavier focus on people as part of his career.

During his time as a corporate recruiter, Mo led strategic and niche leadership talent searches across North America. He started with experience on Korn Ferry’s Executive Search Team, then led North American operations for SpenglerFox and the search team for Watson Board Advisors.

Mo advises on talent management strategies that align with strategic business objectives, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining executive talent. He has also gained particular expertise in leading executive searches for European companies operating across North America.

  • When it comes to governance advisory, he has overseen governance reviews, CEO compensation evaluations, performance reviews, and selection committee processes.

    With a passion for community, Mo is an active member of the German Canadian Business Association (GCBA) and the Rotary Club of Vancouver Arbutus.

    Moritz holds a Master of Business Engineering from Steinbeis University in Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Change Management from the Cooperative State University in Bad Mergentheim. He is fluent in both English and German.

    Mo enjoys biking gravel roads and hiking the North Shore Mountains with his partner Gemma and their dog Theo.
